  1. IViE Awards website: Innovative Video in Education by the San Diego County Office of Education. Great website with all kinds of links to resources for video creation. Tutorials, examples, help with music, etc.

  2. CeltX: This is an open-source screenwriters software project. You can download to your home computer and has excellent samples and capabilities for creating your script.

  3. Copyright information: All newly created music is copyrighted upon creation. Here is some information about the what is illegal in using music and video clips.
  4. How to get permission for copyrighted music and video clips: go to this sight for steps to get that music or video clip on your video legally. It will generally not cost money for permission for students.
  5. Hall Davidson's Copyright Chart: This is a great and easy to understand chart of what you can do with music and video (and other media) for educational purposes. Looks like you have some flexibility!

  6. Royalty Free Music: Royalty Free music is free to use in the videos you create. When looking for sound effects and music, be sure to look for royalty free to be legal in the eyes of law.
