One person from the numbered roles above, must be the event coordinator to work with other event coordinators on working on the overall exhibition event and integrating all of the scenes and flow of visitors. |
The “Plan” must contain the following (five pages minimum together):

A plan for costumes (who will wear what, who will buy/get/make each costume) and a list of items needed. |

Sketch of your scene effect and how the flow of traffic, where your “effect” will be, how that scares people). |

Event Coordinator |
As your group members come up with ideas about the “entire event” (not just your scene), please type these up for meetings with all event coordinators, Kay and I. |
